What if the transferee won’t get on a video call?
Roughly 80% of relocations we've seen are happy to do video — it saves them from cleaning the house for a stranger. For the holdouts, we'll work with you on a fallback path (phone-only is possible at a different price point).
Can we white-label fully, including the survey invitation?
Yes. The TE-facing email and SMS use your branding, your “from” name, your reply-to address. Their first impression is you, not us.
