Terms of Service

We provide remote pre-move surveys via video call. Our surveyor joins a scheduled call with a transferee, inventories the home, and generates a branded cube sheet PDF for our business client (the moving company or RMC).

Our business clients must be registered moving companies, relocation management companies, or directly affiliated parties. Transferees use the service only at the direction of a business client. The service is not intended for direct consumer purchase.

Per-survey pricing as published at mintsurveys.co/pricing or as agreed in a written contract. Invoices are sent monthly and due net 15 unless otherwise agreed.

A cube sheet PDF generated from the survey, delivered to the email address(es) you configure as cube sheet recipients. Same-business-day for surveys completed before 2pm local time, next business day otherwise.

We are not a moving company. We do not provide moving services, pricing estimates, or contractual moving quotes. Cube sheets are inventory documents only; pricing and final move quotes are the responsibility of our business client.

Survey calls are recorded for the purpose of generating the cube sheet. Recordings are governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may not use the service to record minors without verified parental consent, to inventory illegal items, or to harass or surveil any participant. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Outstanding invoices remain payable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
