MintSurveys is a virtual pre-move survey service operating under [legal entity name TBD]. We're based in [jurisdiction TBD] and serve moving companies, relocation management companies, and their transferees globally.

From transferees: name, email, phone number, mailing address, video and audio recorded during scheduled survey calls, and any inventory information you share during the call.

From our business clients: business contact details, billing information, and survey records associated with your account.

To schedule and deliver virtual surveys, generate cube sheets for our business clients, send appointment reminders, and bill for services rendered. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising.

Active job data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months for dispute resolution and quality assurance. Recorded survey calls are retained for 90 days after the cube sheet is delivered, unless our business client requests an extended retention period. You may request earlier deletion subject to our contractual obligations.

We use the following service providers, each bound by data processing agreements:

• Supabase — database hosting (EU region)
• Vercel — application hosting
• Daily.co — video calling and recording
• Resend — transactional email
• Twilio — SMS notifications
• Cloudflare — DNS, email routing

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Email ops@mintsurveys.co to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.

The marketing site at mintsurveys.co uses essential cookies only. The application at app.mintsurveys.co uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.
